Spring Game Set For April 20

AMHERST, Mass. – University of Massachusetts Athletics will celebrate the annual football spring game with a youth clinic, 5-6 p.m., and student BBQ, 6-7:30 p.m., on Thurs, April 20, prior to the 7 p.m. kickoff, at McGuirk Alumni Stadium.
The youth clinic, free to children in eighth grade and younger, will feature stations of various drills hosted by UMass football's coaches and players. Please RSVP to Doug Bean (413-577-7254, dbean@umass.edu). The south lot will open at 4:30 p.m. for youth clinic parking.
Lot 11 opens at 5 p.m. for free parking and tailgating. Glassware and backpacks are prohibited from Lot 11. Students are welcome to enjoy the gameday experience in the western portion of Lot 11, which will serve as the newly-created student village on UMass football gamedays in fall 2017.
The student BBQ will be available 6-7:30 p.m. in the northwest corner of McGuirk Alumni Stadium. The spring game will begin at 7 p.m. and admission is free of charge for all fans.
Renewals and new season ticket sales for the 2017 University of Massachusetts football season are underway. An adult season ticket is available for $140 and includes five games at McGuirk Alumni Stadium and Maine vs. UMass at Fenway Park. Season ticket holders also receive first right to additional ticket sales for at Fenway Park, the Minutemen's first-ever contest at America's Most Beloved Ballpark. A season ticket for faculty/staff, youth and young alumni is available for $130 with the same benefits.
UMass football season ticket holder benefits also include:
- First right to additional Fenway inventory
- Complimentary parking in any traditional lot (one (1) complimentary pass for every four (4) season tickets on an account) and discounted parking for the season on Stadium Drive ($25, season)
- Flexible tickets (except vs. Maine at Fenway)
- Complimentary admission to the Commonwealth Club outside of McGuirk Alumni Stadium (one entry per game ticket)
- Two (2) complimentary tickets to home openers for hockey, men's basketball and women's basketball
- Season ticket holder gift
- Season ticket holder open practice (August)
- On-field pregame experience
